Complete security service (CSS) are a family run business with over 50 years’ experience in the security sector.
CSS had a fleet of ageing small vans which were becoming unreliable, taking up Employees time dealing with vehicle problems and costing the company additional money in ongoing repair bills.
As contract hiring was new to CSS it was decided to just order 3 new Vauxhall vivaro vans for the company to test the water on a new funding method. The new vans were specified to the customers’ requirements including vehicle livery and full roll off roof racks.
To save the customer money centrals in-house Workshop swapped key safes, load racking, telematics and dash cameras from the ageing fleet into the new vehicles.
Complete Security Centres have now switched all their fleet to contract and flexible monthly hire with Maintenance and management service included, giving them a fixed monthly budget for their fleet costs.
